Important Note: We cannot accept items that are sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving official return authorization.

📦 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can promptly evaluate the issue and correct it.
🔄 Exchanges
The quickest way to make an exchange is to follow the standard return process for the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you should place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
